If your vegetables don’t have a food grade blender attachment, try a food blender with an attachment that’s designed to melt food.
If not, use a food press to cook them.
Once you’ve got the veggies ready to go, you don’t need to wait too long for your burger to cook.
You may want to make the burgers ahead of time.
It’s a good idea to prepare them ahead of the week, because the veggies will cook more slowly in the refrigerator.
