‘The answer to obesity is not just cutting down on carbs’

It has become a commonplace among those who follow nutrition to reduce or eliminate carbohydrates.

But not everyone is happy with the idea of a low-carb diet.

“They eat very little carbohydrate, which means they tend to eat very few carbohydrates, so they have a lot less fat,” he explained.
