A new recipe on TechRadars shows how easy it is to make a healthy vegetable dish using a range of vegetables from all around the world.
The recipe calls for only five ingredients and costs just £3.80.
But it’s surprisingly filling and incredibly tasty.
The ingredients for this dish include carrots, celery, beets, cauliflower, cauliar, cabbage and carrots.
You can use a wide range of herbs, too, including thyme, rosemary, thyme leaf and parsley.
This dish is actually more like a soup rather than a vegetable dish, but you’ll still be able to make it.
The key ingredient is the carrots, which can be bought at the local market for about half that price.
