Next Big Futures’ award-winning chef Jamie Oliver has created a new ‘Veggie’ mix that is a good combination of ingredients for any meal, from meat-based dishes to vegan dishes.

We’ve seen a rise in the number of people seeking help with diet and exercise, and as the internet evolves and more people are accessing nutrition and health information, I think people will want to try it,’ Mr Oliver said.
The mix includes potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, kale, broccoli, onions, celery, and garlic.
It is vegan, gluten-free, and high in potassium.
It has a mild garlic flavour.
In this recipe, Mr Oliver explains the ingredient list: ‘The combination of carrots and onions and the garlic flavour is a great compliment to the chicken and turkey, so we’ll go with that.
The spices in the mix are all from the spices of your choice.
I like to use black pepper and cloves, but you can use any spice you like,’ he said.
Mr Oliver added that ‘Veganism is a movement where you eat a plant-based diet and reduce your consumption of animal products.
It’s about the simple act of giving up animal products.’

The ingredients used in the new recipe include: ‘Carrots: 3 large carrots, sliced into thin strips, halved lengthwise, and diced; 2 small onions, diced; 1 garlic clove, minced; 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 1 teaspoon chili powder; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper’The ingredients to make the mix:The carrots are the main ingredient, along with a pinch of salt and a pinch each of black pepper, pepper, salt, and paprika.
The onions are a condiment, and the tomatoes are an ingredient to taste.
The broccoli and kale are ingredients that are optional.
The garlic is optional, but can be added to taste if you like a stronger garlic taste.
The garlic is a condimental ingredient, and can be used in any vegetable dish to give the dish a different flavour.
The soy sauce is the main flavour, and it is added to the mix to enhance the flavours of the vegetables.
