I love seafood, but the one thing I love more than anything is cooking with it.
While I love to cook, I always like to take things to the next level.
When I cook with ingredients like sea vegetables, I can go back to the old school.
I love making a sauce out of sea vegetables and I’m happy to share with you how I do it. 1.1 oz sea vegetables Sea vegetables are the best part of the sea.
They’re not just good for your diet, they’re great for your heart, too.
The amount of omega-3 fatty acids in the vegetables is incredible, so it’s really good for you and your heart.
If you want to keep it simple and make sure you get the best bang for your buck, you can use a can of diced or diced tomatoes.
I like the tomatoes because they’re so juicy and they’re really easy to cook.
2-3 cups fresh spinach The best part about spinach is how well it can absorb water.
I can eat a whole bowl of spinach and be full in about an hour, which is great.
But, if you want a bit more healthful, you could also use dried or chopped spinach instead.
8-10 garlic cloves Garlic cloves are amazing for cooking.
They don’t add any extra flavor, but they’re incredibly delicious.
I use about a teaspoon of minced garlic.
7-8 cloves garlic Garmin’s garlic is a great choice for making the sauce, too, but you can also use ground or minced garlic, or use a little bit of minced ginger.
5-6 tablespoons soy sauce Soy sauce is a fantastic ingredient for making this soup.
It’s great in soups and sauces and it’s also a great source of vitamin C. 3-4 cups soy sauce
