Here’s how you make this carrot cake recipe.1.
Peel and cut a carrot into 1-inch cubes.2.
Put in a bowl with some vegetable oil.3.
Add the carrot and stir to coat.4.
Pour in the vegetable oil, and stir until melted.5.
Place the bowl of carrot cake mixture in the refrigerator and chill overnight.6.
Once chilled, use a food processor or blender to blend the ingredients.7.
Put the carrot cake into a greased pan and spread with the butter.8.
Cook until the cake is just golden brown.9.
Remove the carrot from the pan and set aside.10.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and spices.11.
Add in the butter, carrots and walnuts.12.
Add a few drops of vegetable oil if you like.13.
Spread the batter out over the cake and spread the remaining vegetable oil on top.14.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.15.
Remove from the oven and cool completely.16.
